Return and Refund Policy: Bow Stuff
- If you are not satisfied with your Bow Stuff purchase of a product, please visit Online Stuff or email support@onlinestuff.co.za for a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- Customers returning items will be given a store credit for the amount of the item only. Some returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Some items are not returnable.
- Items/Shipments refused by customers will incur a shipping, handling and restocking fee. The fee for refused items will be added to the customers next order .
- The following items may not be returned:
- Arrows fletched or cut.
- Discounted or Discontinued Items,
- Books, Cassettes, DVDs,
- Rangefinders, Scopes or Optics,
- Arrow Saws, Bow Presses,
- Crossbows,
- Treestands or safety vests,
- Game Calls and Lures,
- Computer Games,
- Any Used Items,
- All clothing items, including underwear and headgear.
- Any Bows or any other Special Ordered items.
- Any product that has been modified in any way from its original form or size, either by the manufacturer, Bow Stuff, or any other party, may not under any circumstances be returned or refunded.
- Any items Used or Damaged by the customer in any way may not be returned.
- Any order that has been paid for (and verified), and not yet shipped may be canceled and refunded. Online Stuff will retain 5% (five percent) of the order value as a handling fee.
- Online Stuff will process refunds within 7 (seven) working days, after being authorized by management.
- Should Online Stuff deem the transaction and/or cancelation to be suspicious, then Online Stuff reserve the right to keep the full amount for a period of no longer than 14 (fourteen) days, before the refund is paid, to ensure no possible fraud be involved.
- All defective used merchandise must be returned to the manufacturer by the customer. Please contact us for instructions for returning these items to the manufacturer.
- Bow Stuff will not pay for return shipping for items returned to us unauthorized.
